Media: Compared with other companies in the same industry, what is the core competitiveness of Hehe Hot Melt Adhesive Film?
Zhang Tao: The most basic function of hot melt adhesive film is to be an intermediate of materials. The main differences between us and our competitors are as follows.
The first is strong performance. Hot melt adhesive films used in different places have different requirements, but we can meet various indicators.
The second is the complete variety. Our industry belongs to a niche industry, but our company can produce many kinds of products in the field of hot melt adhesives.
The third is innovation. Our ability to expand so many categories of services lies in technological innovation.
At present, we have formed a technological innovation system integrating production, education and research, and our number of invention patents and utility model patents ranks among the top in the industry for so many years.
Media: What do you think is the reason why so many partners choose to reconcile?
Zhang Tao: Actually, we are responsible. We don’t just ignore the products when we sell them. From the customer’s product use to the whole process of after-sales service, customers trust us very much. Our tenet is customer first and think what customers think. Sometimes it also sacrifices costs to ensure the interests of customers. In fact, it is not easy to truly achieve customer first.
