It is a thermal PU fusion film with translucent appearance which is normally applied at bonding of leather and fabric, and the field of shoe material processing, especially the bonding of Ossole insoles and Hypoli insoles. Some insole manufacturers prefer low melting temperature, while some prefer higher one. So we develop different temprature layers for customers to choose. This product is designed for customers needing middle melting temprature. Normally it is 500m/roll and packed in bubble film and carton.
1. Soft hand feeling: when applied at insole, the product will have a soft and comfortable wearing.
2. Water-washing resistant: It can resist at least 10 times water-washing.
3. Non-toxic and environmental-friendly: It will not give off unpleasant smell and will not have bad influences on workers health.
4. Easy to process at machines and labor-cost saving: Auto lamination machine processing, saves labor cost.
5. High melting point: it meets the heat resistance requests.
