One of our Italian customers arranged for a colleague from the domestic office to come to our company to arrange a factory inspection. First of all, our company
held a morning meeting early in the morning to reconfirm the process of today’s factory inspection and the details that need attention.
When we went to Hongqiao Railway Station and received a customer, we took it to our Shanghai marketing center for a simple reception, and randomly arranged vehicles to our
Nantong factory. It took about two and a half hours on the road. When we led the customer to the factory, it was already noon. We first arranged for the customer to solve the lunch problem,
and then started a series of factory inspection procedures in the afternoon.
First of all, the leader will briefly introduce the overall layout of the factory and the corresponding departments, as well as our production workshop, equipment,
personnel matching, and the cooperation of various departments in the work of the meeting room through PPT. Immediately began to lead customers to various workshops to
inspect our equipment, products, cleanliness, standardization and the 5S situation of the production workshop. Then take our R&D department to verify our product development process,
and the QC department to check whether the product process meets customer requirements, etc.
After completing the factory participation and inspection, several employees will be randomly selected for question and answer to confirm whether
the company is consistent with its words and deeds. After completing this series of operations, the customer returns to the conference room to check the company documents
required for the factory inspection. Please cooperate with the company Customer inspection.All we can do is to inform our factory to cooperate with the customer
and inspected person to finish the company’s inspection.
